4. Destruction on Closure

- Legal requirements: Minimum retention as required by Indian law
- Client copies: Destroyed upon client confirmation or 1 year maximum
- Communication logs: 6 months maximum, then permanently deleted
Destruction includes secure deletion of digital files and professional shredding of physical documents.
5. No Disclosure Policy
We will not reveal your identity or case details to anyone, including law enforcement, unless compelled by a valid court order under Indian law.
Exceptions (only when legally mandated):
- Valid court orders from competent Indian courts
- Legal obligations under anti-terrorism laws
- Statutory requirements for financial crime reporting
Even in such cases, we will disclose only the minimum information required by law and will notify you when legally permitted.
6. DPDP Act 2023 Alignment
We fully comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
